essence of abyss missing

since the last patch (0.3b), all of my essence monsters that spawn on top of an abyss dont have essence of the abyss. I've killed nearly 50 at this point on top of an abyss and none have dropped. I'm assuming this is a bug as previously it seemed every time an essence was on an abyss, it came with the abyss essence

I have had the same experience

I noticed it stop dropping when I specced into the essence nodes on the atlas. Did you guys get the essence nodes as well?

i dropped my essence nodes to test and yea now im seeing them again. this might be the cause tbh
