Ritual Altar not spawning

Ritual Altars not spawning inside maps with 3+ league mechanics with Abyss.

I have been running Ritual + Breach precursor tablets this week, yesterday I start to notice that ritual altars are not spawning if there is an Abyss encounter on the map, the one that has multiple abyss holes in one map, ritual altars does not spawn in them, only the breach and other league mechanics.

+1 I had this issue more than three times already. It is shown with extra mechanics as not completed, but not even one altar spawns.

+1. Seems like ritual doesn't spawn in abyss maps (Rustbowl, Headland). Doesn't have to be 3+ mechanics.

Map: Burial Bog
Monster level: 80

Extra content: Breaches (complete), Ritula altalrs, Abyss (complete).

On map was also Draiocht Hengestone.

Ritual altars did not appear.

Same here.

I had a tower map, MESA, with Big Abyss, Ritual, Expedition and the Rare Monsters as extra content. Ritual Altars didn't spawn.
