Black Cathedral Jump access not appearing in Well of Souls

Hi, so I placed an item into the well of souls, picked a mod, clicked confirm and the well of souls interface closed. The animation of throwing the item into the well didn't play, I couldn't interact with anything in the area like the well of souls button or the lurking creature. I was also unable to dodge roll and the creature didn't bring back my item. I saw on the minimap that the black cathedral was apparently supposed to be accessible, but the Jump in-button did not appear.
I then restarted the game and the area was interactable again, I was able to remove my item from the well of souls and it did have the mod I had picked previously.
The jump in-button for the black cathedral is still not there though, so the area is inaccessible. Another restart didn't fix it.

Edit: So I guess the black cathedral is accessible if you have a Kulemak's invitation in your inventory, instead of being a random encounter. I don't have the invitation. So I guess the bug isn't that I can't access it, the bug is that it shows the entrance to the black citadel without having the invitation.



Idk if it's relevant but I was in demon form when I clicked it.
