POE2 The Prisoner Immediately full health off Minion Master builds

Yes I'm aware of "direct minions". I've used it. Cannot progress past this fight due to his healing mechanism's interaction with minions even when using Acrimony support. Blood daggers also can travel to the edge of the arena from the middle without any visible projectile.

Hotfix/free respec/refund?

Same issue here, wasn't even close to dying in the fight but just watched the boss heal to fill health over and over again before i had to quit.
Moved onto a different character.

Can confirm, any minion in the area when he does the Blood Explosion ability will heal.

Turned off my minions, beat it first try. My single target dps is so bad I cant beat the mechanic when he heals to full off of my minions. Guess this is a result of me being a tourist and making my own builds.

Please fix.
