Silver Coin disappeared

Defeated Yama in the Halls of Dead and received the Silver Coin, went to the next room, talked to Hinekora and Navali, realized the quest line ended, looked in my inventory and the Silver Coin was still there, tried teleporting to different areas of the island since the coin description stated I'm supposed to "exchange the coin with Navali in the Halls of The Dead" but could never find any option related to the coin when talking to her in any of the areas I could find her, so I went on to empty my inventory in Kingsmarch but when I got there the Silver Coin had simply disappeared, I then immediately tried teleporting back to the same location in the hope that it would be on the ground like what happens when you leave a map with a Soul Core in your inventory in Act 3 but it was nowhere to be found, now, a few hours later, I tried defeating Yama again to see if the Silver Coin would drop a second time but it also did not happen.
I don't even know what purpose the Silver Coin has but I'm almost 100% certain it was not supposed to disappear from my inventory out of nowhere and be unobtainable afterwards, please lmk if I'm incorrect in my assumption, in which case I apologize in advance.

PS: I also encountered 2 other small bugs in this same island, the first one is the button "Return to Ship" not working inside the Trial of the Ancestors room, nothing happens after clicking it, it did not work the first time I talked to Hinekora and it also did not work rn on my second attempt on obtaining the Silver Coin, and the second bug was a very potent slow I had to endure after using one of the checkpoints to teleport around in the Halls of the Dead, I had to fight through the last Test in it's entirety suffering from it, at first I thought it was a debuff from some enemy but since it was permanent and it only went away after I portaled to Kingsmarch and back I assume it's a bug. Hopefully all useful logs and relevant information about these bugs can be obtained from this single bug report id.

It has disappeared for me also

it disappeared for me as well, i went back and screen recorded when it could’ve disappeared and it disappeared when i used to the tattoo to claim the Two Skill points

Just finished the quest and when I clicked the "Return to ship" button, nothing happened, it just disappeared. So I opened a portal and returned to Kingsmarch and that's when I noticed the Silver Coin was no longer in my inventory.

Do we have an answer or idea what to do? Same thing just happened to me, I clearly saw it in inventory and after some fighting through the caves and exchanging other things I found for prizes it just disappeared from the inventory. I guess it dropped if you telepoort, just like soul cores but how the f.. can we retrieve it? I was searching like maniac through the whole island, talk to every single one npc again and couldn't do anything to get it back or find it. I know I can continue to play but I want to try that new mechanic and fight in arena. I found arena and saw warriors inside but couldn't pass that pink door (probably I need that coin.. I don't know). Damm.. I don't want to create new character at the end of chapter IV

The same - could not use return to ship and could not use the coin - it disappeared.

This has also happened to me....I am not sure what to do to get my ascendency points now...
