Blackblood Elite missing skill

The Pale Angel monster, reskinned to be Blackblood Elite monsters in abyss league mechanic for PoE2 is missing the Long Beam attack that they use as a monster, I am putting this as a bug report because generally Spectres keep their special skills and such when made a spectre, like the Ape spectres in PoE1.

The Omega Beam missing is a pretty big deal for this monster's viability as a minion, as without it, she will just sit there and basic attack.

As an update, the bug seems related to the Abyss monsters not using their entire kit based on the acts that was dropped today with the spectre ability for them.

so at level 16 raise spectre they will not use the beam, but at 17 they will.
