Blink is bad with sprint function

With the addition of sprint to the game, blink is borderline unusable.

If I hold the spacebar for .1 second too long, I come out of the blink and instantly go into sprint recovery. What's worse, if I blink into an enemy swing, I come out and am instantly heavy stunned.

Only if you perfectly tap your spacebar does the blink animation not combo with the sprint animation. I believe there should be more lee-way on the blink-to-sprint timer of how long is necessary to hold spacebar.

+1 More attention needs to be given to the Blink/Sprint issue.
Yeah. I don't know if the timing for Sprint is tighter when using Blink or it just feels that way because you're not rolling, but I accidentally sprint way more often when using Blink.

Yep, sprint is a great addition to the game, but needs some tweaking 100%.

I think adding additional options in terms of keybinds and controls for sprint is a no-brainer way to solve this.
Hey! Same here. Blink for now is useless - when you pressed blink key then character instantly starting sprinting after blinkin for 1 second. Even if i don't hold space or hold any keys binded to dodgeroll/sprint. Please, dear GGG fix it or do something :/
Yep, blink is basically dead at the moment.
To be fair it's a lot less useful for movement than it used to thanks to sprint.
But both of them aren't working correctly together.

Dodge roll is bad with it as well. I just randomly die out of nowhere after rolling because sprint kicks in when I don't want it to.

They either need to give sprint it's own key binding or let you turn it off, because in its current form it hurts the gameplay way more than it helps it. Sprint is probably the worse-designed mechanic I've ever seen added to a video game. How such an obvious design flaw made it past development is beyond me.
