Icestorm (whispering ice) consumes infusions with no benefit

So, Icestorm consumes 1 of each infusion everytime it's cast and i'm guessing it's the case because it is probably based on firestorm and the infusion stuff got added in 0.3. Supposedly it's only able to consume freeze / chill.

I also experience this issue.
Skill icon was also moving to different slots on the skill bar for me, or disappearing from it when I changed location (joining map, hideout etc). It stopped when I filled all the left-side slots to Icestorm. |
