Torvian fight: crashes RX9070XT AMD drivers version 25.8.1

The Torvian boss fight crashes PC to desktop on AMD driver version 25.8.1.
The error is: ErrorDeviceLost

This happens when Torvian activates his skill where the "windows" appear. It either crashes when he activates the skill and the animation starts or the animation completes and he continues another attack.

System specs:
- Windows 11 Pro build 26100
- Asrock X670E Steel Legend Bios version 3.20
- Amd Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- Trident Z5 Neo 64GB DDR5-6000
- Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 9070 XT
- 2 x Samsung 990 PRO 4TB SSD

This error completely bricks the fight and game progression is therefore halted.

Swapping from Vulkan render to DirectX12 resolved the issue for me

also happened to me, 9060xt 25.9 drivers
did the same twice and the game says vulkan: device lost
