"Warp to Town" from Well of Soul's should take you to the correct town

When you have already progressed past Act 2 (for example are in Act 4 or Endgame hideout), and you choose the Warp to Town shortcut in the Map while at the Well of Souls waypoint, it always takes you back to the Ardura Caravan.

I also get taken to Clearfell Encampment when using the waypoint from my hideout. It seems to be kind of random as other times it has taken me to Kingsmarch.

Can we please get it to take you to the town relative to where you are at in the campaign.
