Omen of the Sovereign do not apply on foci

There are two Ulaman specific modifiers on foci, but they can not be guaranteed via the omen. It does not allow you to desecrate the item with a rib; instead it says:
Failed to apply item: Omen is incompatible with this Desecrating item

Also having this same issue. Cannot apply Omen of Desecration to Bastion Sabatons (str/dex boots) with preserved ribs. Str/dex boots have multiple ulaman modifiers.
