Seismic Cry doesn't work with Roaring Cries notable.

Roaring Cries notable sets minimum Power for warcries to 10, meaning they will always empower at least one attack, even if you did not trigger the requirement.

Seismic Cry doesn't empower any attacks with this notable. However if you put Raging Cry Support in, it will generate 16 Rage instead of 8, i.e. it counts 20 Power for some reason.

I tried the same with Infernal and Fortifying cries, they work as intended: unconditionally empower attacks and generate 8 rage.

Noticed the same thing - I thought it would guarantee Seismic Cry to always generate at least one charge, bu it does nothing.

Same here. I wonder why hasn't GGG fixed it yet...
