Severe audio issues

Anytime there's a lot of activity in game my audio goes crazy i have tried multiple headsets and different ways of connecting. Seems restarting system, game or reinstalling doesn't help either. Send help please!

Same here. Anytime I am in heavy combat, I get very crackly/broken audio. Much worse now than it has ever been for me since I started playing around February 2025. It makes the game unplayable.
