Video crash and reloads on the fly
From time to time (about 1.5hrs of gameplay) "graphics engine" reloads on a fly: first client freezes (about 5 sec, no respond at all), then appear gears and player can wander around w/o any models visible but labels visible (example on screenshot
I think it might be as result of not sufficient VRAM to current game configs, have same problems in other games, "fixed" with reducing texture size or rendered resolution/render sacling. In between of such "crushes" client works fine w/o any staggers/freezes/jumps etc. Sysinfo (brief): Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 265KF Installed(RAM) 32,0 GB Adapter Type NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8Gb Resolution 3840 x 2160 x 60 hz Storage drive PCIe SSD Game confings - as proposed by client Res 4k (display naative) Mode Windowed borderless No video enhancement (But same on DLSS:Balanced) Other as autodenect configured. Game installed via steam. If required more info about system - mail me, i'll send complete OS SysInfo tool report. Hi,
I'm suffering from the same issue. I've posted a query to Nvidia and they're pointing at the GPU boosting above limit :( Here's the info I've posted: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3833608 So far I've not received any feedback on this from GGG. I think this was not happening with nvidia driver version 576.88 that's been recommended elsewhere to sort out issues with FPS degradation. I've sorted the fps degradation doing a clean install (detailed here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3842642/page/2) but now I've got this different one. |

" Just tried some hours running 576.88 and Vulkan API and no cog of death issues. Performance is lower than DX12 yes, but no freezing at all. |
