Passives from The Interlude are not being given

This is my first time posting so I apologize if this is a known issue or intentional, I looked in the known issues tab in the bug reports forum and did not see this and its odd and seems buggy so it doesn't seem like it is intentional. Maybe this is something I did previously but I believe the Interlude and its bosses are all new, I apologize if i am wrong

Basically, none of the passives shown on the map in The Interlude are being given; I am playing on Standard League on a pre-existing character. At first when i opened the interlude map it showed a few of the POIs as marked as completed without me ever having been there (at least I don't recall going to them and the map didn't show me as having been to any of them). The ones marked as completed this way were: The Abominable Yeti, Lythara the Wayward Spear (Part 3) and Oswin the Dread Warden (Part 1) and no others.
For curiosity sake I went through Part 3 as normal, doing everything. I defeated both Lythara the Wayward Spear and The Abominable Yeti and turned the Yetis quest in (also exhausted all Hilda's dialogue), but got nothing for either. At first i thought i may have fought them at some point in maps (I don't remember doing so but it was a possibility), so I went to part 2 and found The Molten Shrine which was NOT marked as completed or showing on my overview map and was not a boss fight, and i still got nothing from it.

TLDR: Passives from map aren't being given on a standard league character, unsure if intentional, seems to show some of them as completed on the Interlude overview map but not all even when i first showed up to the Interlude
