Map device from Trarthan Executioner Supporter pack not there

Hello,
When I have the map device from the Trarthan Executioner supporter pack in my hideout placed the map device is not shown. I have no access to maps from this device. It only works with the normal map device Last bumped on Sep 30, 2025, 2:15:39 AM

I can’t use the map device on controller unable to select it tried facing it all directions please fix thank you GGG

Same here for Evertree and Pulveriser map devices at my guild... Both on PS5 and Steam.

The same thing happened to me. I bought the Trarthan package and I can't use the map device. I can't open maps on it, and the tracker for how many monsters I've killed doesn't work either.
