Stuck in first phase of The Jade Isles boss fight

i went into phase 3 until my screen froze and i closed the game
After that I reopened the game and instantly died to his red hit as soon as I went into the arena
I fought the boss again until he is halfed in phase 1
He then just stood in the middle of the arena not going into phase 2
I couldnt quit the fight cause it is an uber boss fight and there was no way to kill my character

Same issue here boss just stands still in the middle, doesn't take damage.

Bump! Same issue. Couldn't find a fix. Had to ctrl+click from char select to get out.

Same thing just happened to me, boss won't reset if you ctrl+click on login and go in a new portal either.
