Hall of the Dead Final boss not spawning

The final boss for the Halls of the dead quest won't spawn if you die in the area. Have to create a new zone.

My boss is missing too and I did die in the area.

The Boss still not spawn. I'm blocked. I tried to recreate the area, throught several days. Still no Boss.
