Chapter 4 the excavation BUG

Chapter 4 the excavation kiee the boss，But I'm dead
After watching the death animation，Will trigger the level gate to be unable to open after resurrection.
Level stuck

I am also stuck at the boss site and cannot enter the excavation site.
I have done everything possible, ran through it and get the boss death animation, but I cannot still enter the door to the excavation site, it's been hours now, no matter how long I wait to relog the game again.

I am having a similar issue, tried creating new instances, reloading the zone, and re-completing the zone fresh but still am unable to log into the excavation zone.

Same for me...can you please fix or give solution

Try this:

In Steam:
Right-click path of exile 2,
Properties,
Install files,
verify integrity of game files.

It took a couple minutes and repaired 40 files for me.

Got slammed with the wall in The Excavation Map Act 4 - Boss disappeared, Char stuck....
Re-logged
Logged into new char
Turned Xbox off
tried teleporting to party member
tried opening town portal

nothing is working....my char is cooked?!
Please help.....
