Infernal Cry's descriptions on what kind of attacks in empowers

The descriptions of Warcrys in general state they empower Melee Attacks, but Infernal Cry only says attacks. This would lead me to believe it empowers Molten Blast as that skill is an attack, just not a melee one.

The description of the skill itself needs to be clear on exactly what kind of attacks it empowers, at another Warcry specifically stats it empowers Slam attacks.

I have asked around and I am told it is just empowering melee attacks, so the description should reflect this.
