Activation failed. Map is not accessible. - POE 2

I had a tower that was inaccessible. I did another map not connected, went back, and it worked. However, all the maps the tower connects to gives me the error. I also have 2 zen maps with a water map that won't open. Here is the image. I circled all the maps that give the error and the tower.

Same issue here, it is happening around the Eye of the storm boss. Cant' access map nodes near that area

Also having this issue, this issue is blocking 5+ entrances of 2 nexuses that I need to complete to progress. This is getting kind of annoying.

Didn't saw this thread before, I got same issue https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3838613 here are some screens, corruption nexus is unaccesable - trying to go around it now but seems all maps are blocked around it
