Wind Dancer (Gale Force) does not gain flat damage from Hollow Palm

The "Gale Force" attack that is procced by Wind Dancer uses your Quarterstaff's damage when one is equipped, but does not gain any damage while unarmed with Hollow Palm allocated.

While unarmed:


With a Quarterstaff equipped:
