Splinter of Loratta Nerf

Really confused about the nerf to Spear of Loratta. adding "deal no elemental damage" to the spear wasn't in the patch notes at all, and really screwed me over lol. Is this a bug or just a ghost nerf.

Totally threw me off, too. I was half way through Act 2 before I realized the change and had to start over.
