Explosive shot is removing armour break
Same here, very confusing to test when it works and when it doesnt.
I'm a tactician with auto-pin and using eroding chains with 100% armour break efficiency to break armor. I use explosive shot with one xbow, and high velocity rounds with another. It seems HVR can't break armour at all, which it doesnt state in its description. The pin/armourbreak combo also sounds like the armour break should come from the pin, not the skill creating the pin. Then there's Explosive Shot apparently consuming the armour break. This makes it especially confusing with Multishot, as you can't even see the armour break being created and consumed during the triple-shot. I suppose i can better use a set of supports without extra projectiles for explosive shot for the time being, so you can at least switch to HVR on any enemy that is pinned/armour broken and not fired at a second time. edit - multishot is a decidedly clear damage increase however. We're now at 2 and a half weeks with no update for this and no patch to what is essentially a build-breaking bug....
