POE2 Playstation Missing Reforging Bench

Couple days ago I beat the game on cruel and got access to the refuge and map device area right before the server was shut down and characters were sent to standard. However upon logging in after that, I noticed I didn't have the reforging bench or salvaging one in my hideout. I also couldn't even interact with the ones in the world at any location.

Reached out to support yesterday via email and got this as reason 'the account was still migrating from league to standard'. Day later..still nothing

I kept trying to figure things out myself and noticed Renlys 'retrieve his tools' quest was active again, strange as none others were, but his was. So I did it again..found the tools and after turning in the quest, the salvaging bench now showed up in my hideout and I could even use the others in the worlds previous locations. So I thought maybe do the Molten Quest AGAIN and get the hammer that drops, maybe that will work...wrong. First I noticed that Oswald didn't have the quest (it showed completed), and I ended up killing the boss that drops the hammer at least 3 different times, no hammer dropped.

So yea, I have been stuck ever since now trying to figure this out myself and could really use any solutions others may have come up with to get the reforging bench back or being able to use the others in the world.
