Asynchronous Trade FAQ

So if we want to use it without buying new tabs we have to permanently convert one, which makes it entirely unusable in POE1 and SSF? That's pretty lame. Just let me assign a tab to a merchant, and unassign it to turn it back into a normal premium tab
Looks fantastic! I have friends playing on console who will be really excited to search the market in-game.

I'm also really hoping we'll be able to convert premium quad stash tabs in the future, even if it turns them into four regular market tabs.
Amazing
So we do lose some functionality of the premium tab after converting afterall. Oh well. I wish they didn't say that line then. It gonna create some drama. Just tell us as it is. It will lose current function for ssf and temporarily(maybe?) for poe1.

I see a lot of optimism that this will stop bots because they will run out of gold.

Couldn't be further from the truth.

They will simply buy maps and vendor them for large amounts of gold.

Until maps are Bound, or sell for 1 gold, Bots will own trade, including this version.

Even then, Castaway is a problem, because you can buy access to several to replenish millions of gold.

It's a simple system and they addressed this exact issues. The Fee is HIGHER than the price an item's value when sold to the vendor.

VERY simple system that prevents all "gold buying".

If an item is worth 5 gold to the vendor, the fee to buy it from the merchant tab will be at least 6 gold.
Freakin awesome amd can't wait to see this in PoE1 as well. GGG please plug the gold aquisition loophole as well by having items aquired via trade such as maps have a severely reduced gold value at the vendors, as in 1g only. Although I am thinking that selling otherwise complete junk to the bots trying to get gold in order to be abke to buy stuff may ne a valid way to make currency. Either for them wanting to get stuff to sell to vendor for gold, or put items with 3 garbage mods and 1 tier 2 up for 10 chaos, and see if any badly configured bots will "snipe" them :)

"Can you set a buyout price for a whole Merchant's Tab of items, like you can with Premium Stash Tabs?
No, you have to individually price each item. The interface does auto-fill with your last price however."

Individually setting price per item is not it, once you have the stash tabs with a set price the ability to reprice items by bulk moving them to another tab that has a different set price makes individual pricing just clunky and obsolete.

NO... trading the normal way still works.... you can easily go on the trade website and bulk buy maps and the bots will just do that to vendor maps for the gold

I will have to choose between softcore normal vs HCSSF? Either have async trade tabs or premium tabs for ssf. Tough one.
Disappointed that the quad tabs can't migrate over, I want my dump tabs to be with the merchant to sell the things I can't be bothered to get out of maps for.

I'll leave the map for 1d+, but later on not for my 1-10x quad tabs which I de list. Bulk sell tabs seem better from the seller side as something I want the merchant to handle for me. It "remembering" the price of the last listing I posted only helps if I have several items of that value to put up for sale at once.

My feedback is already thus, I want quad tabs, and I want bulk pricing for the merchant.

I'm glad we have it, but I'm not sure why features we already have in the old one are missing here.
