Depraved Trinity spawns before all three bosses are killed if Maven is present and uses Twin Terrors

As described in the title, I was fighting Maligaro, Doedre, and Shavronne, Maven used twin terrors to summon spectral copies expire before I'd killed the entire trio. When the spectral copies expired, the Depraved Trinity spawned in.

After that, whenever a Twin Terror ghost expired, it also caused their usual on-death effects to occur again. When a spectral copy of Doedre was summoned by Maven while I was trying to fight the Trinity, Maligaro, and Shav, its expiration caused the still-living members of the Trinity to receie a full heal, and an apparition of Doedre spawned in, spamming blood mortars and re-creating her monoliths after I'd already destroyed them once.
