Content Update 0.3.0 — Path of Exile 2: The Third Edict

WOW great content update, so many changes and new features added.

Thank you GGG for all the hard work you guys put into this patch, I can't wait to play/test it!

This 0.3.0 release is promising, polishing these gameplay details which make a truly good gaming experience for us. We are going to be able to focus on our gameplay and taste the new league without geting in trouble by this aiming strange behaviour

Dominion Over Flesh, the Necromancer Ascendency is changing to make curses have infinite duration. Did GGG ever mention what the small notable leading up to it will be changed to? It currently has increased duration which is obviously a worthless passive.
Love how the idea of "buffing" chayula is to take away energy shield leech, require volatility stacking and then castrate the ability to stack volatility. It's even worse now!
Well for the most part I want to say I'm happy this update is happening, but I've just been zoned in on the Acolyte of Chayula changes, and right now my main takeaway is that it seems they decided to ruin Darkness monk. Just outright kill the build option.
If being a fancy extra healthbar is all it's going to be they may as well just remove it. We didn't do Darkness builds to let it take hits, we used it as an offensive buff and prevented it from ever being reserved, but they're removing the ability to get chaos from darkness...
Is this a typo or incorrect wording? In the beginning it says it triggers (I assume the lightning bolts) when any spell is cast in its radius, but later it says when you use a lightning skill near the orb.

1, so is it lightning spell or lightning skill that triggers the bolts, make that consistent.
2, is it any spells, or elemental spells, or just lighting spells. You first say any spell then keep sticking to just lightning spell/skills as the trigger.

Orb of Storms: Now triggers from casting any spell in its radius (previously only lightning spells, but incorrectly described as all lightning skills). It now creates a Lightning Infusion Remnant if all of its bolts are used up or its duration expires. It now has a maximum of 8 bolts at all Gem levels (previously 12–29 at Gem levels 3–20). It now has a base radius of 3.6 metres (previously 2.8 metres). It now deals 1–19 damage at gem level 3 (previously 4–12), scaling up to 19–353 damage at gem level 20 (previously 63–190). Now fires a bolt every 4 seconds, and when you use a Lightning Skill near the Orb (previously every 3.4-2.55 seconds at Gem levels 3-20). Orb duration is now 12 seconds (previously 10).

Pathfinder needs poison magnitude buffs, way too low to be related to poison. Might as well play deadeye. Sad
