Content Update 0.3.0 — Path of Exile 2: The Third Edict
Small buffs, BIG NERFS, RIP WARRIOR. The campaign was fine. The end game was the problem due to good items drop chance, more currency creates inflation and most players still won't be able to afford powerful gear. No real deterministic crafting was the problem, playing at 10-15 fps juiced maps was the problem, playing only gray maps was the problem. Playing hundreds of hours to find 1 tier 20 gem was the problem, playing days on end the market place instead of playing the maps feels bad. Hitting the progression wall because items drops are bad and you are poor is really a bad "vision" for a game.

I'll play to get the story of act 4 but i think this patch is just gonna bring back old problems we see if that will change in 4 months time. Why nerf rapid shot one of the best under used skills and its just gonna suck now

Very cool patch, but did you have to kill incinerate???
It having even more stages aka more continued cast needed combined with constant need to spend mana elsewhere just to actually cast incinerate makes it a constant uphill battle for no reason. Please decide - do you want me to combine it with other skills or be casting exclusively incinerate non stop?? |

So armour is still total garbage. How is it acceptable for armour to be less than half as good as in PoE1, while ES is only slightly weaker? Are you saying that armour is totally overpowered in PoE1? These buffs are meaningless because armour applied is still total garbage.

Attack totems just got gigantic nerfed what the hell is even that?!?! So im going to need a 1000pdps two hander mace to reach the equivalent of a level 28 shockwave totem? The build wasn't even that strong its the aoe that GGG didn't like. Still going to try it but no chance it will be as good or as easy to gear. At least have SOME flat damage with levels.

Finally found a build (rake-warrior) that I really loved playing.
Not overpowered, struggles against end game bosses but really enjoyable to play. In patch 3 rake is no longer considered a travel skill so my favourite build destroyed thankyou GGG. How about you start considering/listening/interviewing casual players for a change as opposed to just focusing on streamers who want 1001 builds to play. I mean the game is supposed to cater for all players right? Not everyone wants to play the new league. |

So we get a league that is a mash of poe 1 leagues ( abyss, betrayl, legion)
We still dont have a scouring orb you make teirs of currency? (more clutter) why not just give a scouring. We drop a 30% base we brick it then cant go back and try again? Hinekoras lock? are you serious its all rng any way - this is for the rich Anullment orbs are like 10 divs - cannot be realistic Splinters for bosses? just have fragments.... you have swaped one resource for another. We get sprint? give a generic movement skill? There is blink for high lvl and a weird bird mount? |

" It was a bug. It made no sense it was a travel skill to begin with. Travel skills are exactly how they sound. If you are targeting a specific monster and using the skill to hit it, it's not a traversal skill. |
