Useless Mods in Maps is wasting time

Let's face it - Time is limited since new leagues start every couple of months. There are mods that do not affect character play, survivability, rewards, or bricks a Map - No real purpose except for a time sink.
What happens when there is a Mod that your character can not run - You do not do the map or you use currency until you can run it or it bricks - Seems simple but what it has done is waste time - Ziz mentioned in a video - Town is Lava - Well sitting there making maps to run is boring and Lava. - The time making maps is time you could have been mapping. What should be done? - Well I don't know :D - Maybe have larger range of mods that actually do things? As an example Reflect damage - You either mitigate the reflected damage or you re-roll the map - Making this mod pointless IMO Balance of Boss difficulty is another issue - Will make separate post for that. Basically, you can do some Bosses with gear off the ground - Others you need a university degree to understand all the mechanics. Maybe you should fix things instead of working on a new Leagues ... My Div/Hr in my hideout is drastically higher than my Div/hrs in maps. :P Hideout is only lava if you're standing around not doing anything.
That aside, I get the sentiment of the post but in mulling it over in the past I really haven't come up with great solutions |

" Ahhh... but one person's "bricked mod" is another person's Free Quantity. It's a double edged sword that can work in your favor. As to the bosses, yes, the old-world bosses are quite a bit easier than the "newer" additions to the atlas. I think that's mostly the devs implementing more mechanics to keep things interesting as the game grew. Also, don't trouble yourself with streamers. Few people who have an actual life can make proper use of their advice on map running. Unless you have a support system comparable to theirs, gear comparable to theirs and time/skill in par, you're setting yourself up for a bad time.
