Gambling cost

Hi, is it a bug with gambling cost?
I accidently died as my character on HC, now with a new character low level gear costs 1500+ gold per item on level 10, obviously ungatherable amount on such a low level
Is it a bug or not? how to scale the cost to your current level?

I am not entirely sure but it might be something similar to the expedition. Let's say you do only one gwennen expedition when you level 70. Her items will be on similar item level. Then you never do expedition again and level up to 100. Then when you talk to her, the items will be with item level 70 until you refresh her store once.

So your problem might be the same. Just buy something once on a low level character. It might not fix it, but it worth the try.

Or another idea. Since he is found first in the act 6 he won't refresh the price until you get to the act 6 on another character.
