Simulacrum not spawning next wave

Simulacrum not spawning next wave in certain situations.

I think the rite of passage golden charm spiritual primates are getting registered as monsters and blocking the next wave from spawning.

Without any way to kill or despawn the spiritual primates, the run gets stuck.

Doesn't happen on every wave so there might also be other contributing factors.

Exactly this! Simulactrum bugged out after apes spawned from rite of passage.

Same. Also using spirit of the ape, weird thing is it doesn't always happen.
