i killed merc with infamous name, took helm from it and did not get progress for challenge Signature Specialisations

Infamous mercenaries only have a chance of carrying an item with an Infamous or "of Infamy" modifier.
Signature Specializations requires that the item have an Infamous or "of Infamy" modifier, other than the weapon modifier granting increased attack speed. Just being held by an Infamous mercenary is not enough. |

its unclear when the challenge says " while they have" and not like "while item have" |
