Lost bottle progenesis.

I've lost a bottle of Progenesis. I'm playing on a console, and Progenesis on a console costs a fortune. Support replied that I should look in the machines and chests, but I've already done that. Please tell me where it went.Or roll back my character to a few days ago, to the state it was in on August 1, when the vial was still there. If that's possible.

GGG does not refund items lost due to bugs. If not in every single one of your stash tabs, there's a very small chance it went to your crafting bench or to your lab podium.
