Mausoleum Div Cards Bugged

have scried basilica onto mausoleum
ran two maps with pilfering scarab and three scarab of plentys and got no scarabs being imprinted on the boss, which was weird. then ran without the pilfering and it turns out that just zero div cards are dropping from the enemies at all? even tho they're meant to drop1000% more?
