Spear Skills Can't Be Used Under Some Condition

I'm doing "compaign speed run" lately.
weapon set 1: spear + shield
weapon set 2: two hand Mace.

I use "Rake" + "Disengage" + "Dodge Roll" to run the map.
I use "Rolling Slam" + "Boneshatter" to kill monsters.

sometimes I can't use "Rake" and "Disengage" anymore, click the keyboard, nothing happened. I have to respawn to use them again.

I don't now under what undition would have this bug.

this bug happened a lot , 3 times a day.
