After death, when they ask you to bring a blue petal (I had this happen to me in the first stage in the video, but it happens to different players in any stage) in incarnation of dread, it crashed, and both the blue and red petals appeared, but neither of them worked when I brought them there, and the petals didn't appear again after that. I also tried it in a different order, first the blue and then the red. red and then blue, but it didn't work at all.

I tried it with different characters and other things.
