why dont they? because you touch yourself at night. yup. so stop it. its kinda gross
but it probably is a balance thing. also why the hell would you want to roll dex on a belt? sounds like a pretty weak mod. Hey this is a signature! pretty cool stuff...yeah...

why cant swords/axes/maces roll cast speed?
or rings crit chance (beside the new diamond rings)? why do armor chests not offer spell damage? why can't i get accuracy rating on my wand? these truncated questions will point you in the right direction. there's a reason why cast speed is found only on gear that a caster would use, as well as why they don't waste accuracy on spells (they have 100% chance to hit). every item being able to roll every prefix and suffix would make it 10 times harder to get preferred rolls. the trash mods do plenty of that (increased light radius, stun recovery, etc) |

" H3rpes, I had to give a nice lawl at your posts. We understand you're pointing to "line 1-3" and "magic-rare" gloves, but your example is a unique from a different game made well over a decade ago. I think YOU are the one who "isn't getting the point" as you would love to say. Point is you referenced a unique as ammo like kolp said..he posted gloves with cast speed that was also a unique. What's this topic about again? Like someone above me said, have you heard of a thing called "balance" ? You think GGG just randomly said "oh hey we wont put cast speed on gloves, or dex on belts, blah blah" as complex and well designed as the game is at the moment (still in beta too..don't forget that) that they never tested or thought about what would happen had those magic/rare's been able to roll such stats? Next topic please, move along. |
