The other day i was playing mapping as normal, i think running rituals and during one of them when a mass of mobs appeared and they exploded , my game developed this stutter, and usually this is normal when there are a mass amount of things on the screen happening and usualy it goes away after the mob or craziness subsides. Upon completing this map the stutter persistedm in my hideout and in all towns in the acts. I eventually got annoyed of the stuttering so started trying to figure out the issue. I reset my game i hard rebooted my console, i reset my router, I cleared mac address data and alternate game save data, i deleted my xbox account off my xbox and relogged into it to maybe refresh. I deleted the game and re downloaded it. I created a new xbox account and new character on the new account and even that game was stuttering. Ive been playing the game for around 6 years on and off now so im familiar with little bugs and issues here and there but this one seems to be persistent and actually affecting me quite a bit to where the game is somewhat unplayable. If i were to guess it almost feels like a desync where i put in inputs and then it will do it at the speed of like a second later. Im not sure how many other things there are i can do to refresh anything else. This is the only game with any visual stutters my internet connection is immaculate and been running the same build same skills same mtx all season and all of a sudden two days ago is when this happened. Will try to comment the link of the footage of me running around with the stutter for example of whats happening. Thank you in advance hope to figure this out.

Update: (RESOLVED) Just did a third delete and redownload of the game. Also cleared my alternate mac address and any saved game data (on console not everywhere) and hard rebooting my console after for a third time, it seems that might have finally done the trick with getting the stutter to go away. Upon logging in it was back to being smooth and not choppy. Thank you to those that pm'ed to try and figure this out. As of 8/2 1am this issue is somewhat solved i think XD
