Mind over matter builds and mana stacking is struggling in 0.2

I know that stacking mana from the previous 0.1 league was very powerful with stormweaver, but it is completely nuked now. All of the mana stacking options are nerfed, making mind over matter builds more squishy. Using mind over matter also faces a big stun and ailment threshold problem, where there is no viable way to increase these thresholds if you have low life, or having chaos inoculation. This forces players to use the Eye of Chayula amulet and Dream Fragment ring, taking up space for more viable rings and amulets.
