Dropped Mirror in standard, want to buy/mirror someone's Int Stack Simplex

Title says it all but If you have any advice on how not to get scammed that would be great.

I initially tried to get a streamer to do it because I know having the video feed is slightly more reliable form of "not getting scammed" but no one was responding to my messages so I've resorted to posting here.
