dying

For the last 6 days the first map I do something glitches. And I die I use the omen to protect 75% of my experience, today was the 7th day and I die on the boss I always kill easily because it was t15 normal waystone, just to make sure I know it is a glitch, Iran map with nothing hitting me and still almost died seven times then get to the boss and he becomes indestructible with quarter of his life left the map location bloomingfield and I can't recall the last 7 because I was thinking it could happen somehow but today I paid close attention. This is 14 percent experience I lost I play the hunttress Amazon I have 6500 energy shield and plenty of dps and all my elements are capped nothing on this map should have killed me, from my experience.
