Melee player movement

didnt have or didnt notice the problem till late game like last 2 levels and on . idk if its a item or skill or what but the player freezes in a direction or just at random. i thought it was my mouse at first like dirty or just not smooth surface but can confirm after all testing its a game issue. i can hold the character moving in a line and at random points it just freezes. like the game has a issue writing code before character moves again or something. really bad in fights i have to just spam whatever to move because character will just stand still. ive tried on a completly cleared map over and over to try to figure out maybe something on my end but its clear i have a bug and game is not enjoyable atm since i can move properly. like i said just happened in last few maps but now every map now and even back to acts it still thhe same problem where character just freezes...only on movement and not abilities. just movement.
