Game freeze for a few seconds, blackscreen, then the grindig gears then map dark but works again

Sorry for this long title!

I have now over 1k hours in poe2 and me and my friends are faceing the same issue. From time to time the game randomly freezes for one of us.
Screen gets black after beeing frozen, after a few seconds the ggg grindig gears appear like its loading again into the map and a few seconds after i am in the map like nothing happened but the map is dark again and i have to rediscover everything.
Checkpoints still work.

Does anyone also have this issue?
Is there any help?

I tried cpu cores deactivation (core1 and core 2)

I increased the memory for poe 2

I tried different steam starting options


My system:

amd 9800x3d
nvudia gforce 5080
64gb ram

Pls help or share if you have the same experience.

i find a lot of reports about game is crashing but this behaviour i cannot find anywhere.

i have the same exact issue, only after the July update.
Very annoying, cant seem to find a solution anywhere, GGG provides no support at all

Friend of mine with absolute high end gear got the same problem...

Very sad. He died twice already because of this bug (hardcore)..

Please fix this!

Bump - +1, since last few days i do have the exact same isue. Did not happen in the start of the league.

I updated to the latest nvidia drivers, still happening. Tried to turn of dynamic resolution, did not solve the issue.

Intel Gen 13 i7 13700k
Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070
64gb RAM

Updated drivers and everything. Nothing helps. Please fix.

EDIT: After tinkering a bit more with setting I switched from DirectX12 to Vulcan and that seems to have fixed the problem, didn't have a stuttering black screen for at least 4 hours when I had about 2 to 3 an hour before.
