Item's affixes changing order when I hit ALT/inspect

I first noticed this on rare jewels, where I was trying to check the % range for a certain affix. When I hit ALT, the affixes changed order, which took me a bit to figure out. Even after I know it's a possibility, it still kinda hurts my head to determine if the affixes are being shuffled or not between ALT and no ALT. It would be great if they could stay in the same order.

Was it one of the ones where there are two different affixes that give the same bonus? I've noticed that happening if I have an item with one affix that gives it +X% spell damage and another one that's +Y% spell damage and some mana regen or something like that. When you aren't hitting alt, it just shows +(X+Y)% spell damage on the same line, but then when you hit alt, it has to break that apart.
