I hope towers will dissappear from Path of Walking 2 or have a single tower that influences all maps

-no towers, or at least just a tower that is run in order to activate waystone (that tower should apply to all maps in range, waystone can be removed so you can run bad layouts without waystones)

-no more walking, slow meaningful combat, not slow walking. A 20 hours campaign should not be 14 hours of walking between packs.

-Remove micromanagement. Time should be wasted on fighting not on making a set of steps in order to be able to fight.

-If I play 60 minutes I want to fight 50 minutes and prepare for fights 10 minutes, not the other way around.

-More ways for damage conversion, I want to be able to play for example DOT Lightning arrow...

What? How are you gonna run something without the waystone?

What you are describing fits a sandbox, not an ARPG.
At the eve of the end
Towers used to be boring but now they are just another map but with a different goal at the end and it's fine.
Only one of many many points that have to go or change that i consider to reinstall poe2.

Meanwhile having a blast in poe1.
personally i thing "maps" and "map device" in poe 1 is way more superior then those "towers"
running around wasting time clearing useless maps to find a good tower setup is anoying and feels like a waste of time to me .
i dont like the idea of scarabs in poe1 but at least it was better then doing those towers in poe2
and i hate the part that u cant chouse what maps u want to run
in poe 1 u can decide that u wanna farm only one specific map because u like it and thats it but here in poe 2 u cant u are forced to run all kind of maps even if u hate them even if they are bugged and cant spawn rituals properly or other mechanics
even if the map layout is horrible u still got to run them

mapping in poe 1 i way superior to poe 2
