QoL Suggestions

Every league, I end up thinking of a bunch of QoL improvements that could be implemented into PoE, but then, when the time comes around to suggest those changes, they've all left me, and I don't suggest anything. Because of this, I started taking note of them every time I thought of one, and I also gathered many of these suggestions from a post I made on Reddit.

Also, I understand that not everything here may be something GGG wants to implement for various reasons. I don't expect everything in here to be implemented, but for the amount that I complain about various aspects of the game, I figured I should at least do my part and try to make the creators of the game aware of my complaints.
