Left to Chance Achievement Crafting Bench Chance Orb Recipe Does Not Work

As the title states the "Reroll the Rarity of a non-Unique item" crafting bench recipe does not give the achievement "Left to Chance" when used to turn an item into a unique.

"Left to Chance" reads: "Create a Unique item using an Orb of Chance." So I believe this interaction should work as it is using/consuming chance orbs for the craft. Surely there is no need to make peoples wrists suffer more than necessary?

Not a bug. You must use a Chance Orb directly on an item for the Achievement. Using any type of crafting bench does not count, and nor should it.
