Can't pick up items when holding Alt and pressing G

I'm using the G key to pick up items and the Alt key to highlight them. When I hold Alt to reveal hidden items and then press G, nothing happens – the items can't be picked up.

After some testing, it seems like the game doesn't recognize Alt correctly. It appears to interpret it as Ctrl + Alt instead. When I actually press Ctrl + Alt + G, the items do get picked up.

Check the bound hotkeys for any third party programs you use, such as Awakened POE Trade.

If they're using the Alt + G input for a hotkey, the inputs might be being consumed before the game sees them.

I closed all programs for testing — no change.

However, I just noticed something else:
If I press G first (to pick up) and then Alt (to highlight), I can pick up items.
But if I press Alt first and then G, it doesn't work.

Very strange behavior.

Today it's working again after restarting the PC. No idea what the issue was.
So the problem seems to be resolved.

FWIW, I noticed this exact behaviour when "Samsung Magician" was running in the windows system tray. Good that it's solved for you now, but in case it comes back, and for other people finding this thread, it's worth checking all tray apps too.
