Game crashing

Why all of a sudden am i crashing constantly when doing anything in this game now? I have now crashed twice between 3 maps and while fighting xesht T4.

Also what ever happened to the game will not keep going while it is frozen or crashing? I crashed right as the fight with T4 xesht started and when i opened the game back up i could not go back into the fight as it said i was dead????????????? He did not even finish his dialogue so how in the hell did i die? What the ever living F**k is going on here?

Does the game no longer check if player is actually able to do anything anymore? I am getting more and more frustrated each day as these issues have been getting worse and worse over the last week and today is so far the worst.

I will just be doing my thing in a map and suddenly the game performance will just started stuttering like crazy and then sound glitches and then freeze/crash.

I have a 3080, AMD 7800X3D, 36GB DDR5. I should not be having these issues. I am sitting at 144 FPS when the game is actually working and it can go higher i just capped it so it would not do so. I know the issue is not on me.

Have we even got a single health patch this entire season? I cannot even think of a single time in the last maybe 2 months?

My maps have been crashing for months now, I only just realised that it's on my Dawn Character as the original story character the maps load fine, which leads me to conclude that my save game is damaged. I tried everything, drivers, a second computer, installs, rollbacks etc. Nothing works
